Seven of Tucson’s top pianists join the Tucson Symphony Orchestra for a once-in-a-lifetime performance of music ranging from solo piano to Morton Gould’s intricate and melodious Inventions for 4 Pianos and Orchestra and the show-stopping “Stars and Stripes” for six pianos! You’ll hear piano favorites by Bach, Poulenc, Saint-Saëns and the premiere of “Autumn Moonlight,” an arrangement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and the pop standard “Autumn Leaves” by Jeff Haskell, performed by Paula and Jeff. Hosted by UA All-American Bob Elliott.
